Charming holiday cottage situated in the high perched village of Allex close to Crest.

The holiday cottage, comfortable with plenty of room (80 m2), can accomodate 5 people.

You will be able to benefit of the peace of the terrace and the garden and appreciate the panoramic view upto the foot of the Vercors, the pre-Alps, the Cevennes. This cottage which has a lot of character is associated to a quality environment, semi-detached to the owner’s house, an authentic stone made house.

	The holiday cottage has two levels :
	On the ground level :	On the upper floor :

	a fully equipped kitchen	bathroom
	a private terrace	toilet
	Capacity of " the Terrail " : 5 persons (+ 2 additional persons)
	Just like the lodging " le Guilledou " located in the vicinity, you profit from the peace of the garden.

This very comfortable residence, completely restored using ancient methods, has been finely decorated.

Small anecdote : Mr Hartman, the sculptor of « Bernadette of Lourdes » lived 45 years in our building.
